Most piano jobs that go wrong go wrong at a turn, not on the straight. Tell us about the tight landing, the low ceiling over the basement stairs, the front door that only opens to sixty degrees. It changes the crew size and the equipment, and we would far rather know beforehand than send the wrong truck.
Walk-ups, elevator buildings that require a certificate of insurance, buildings with a loading dock and a booking window — all ordinary work here. We deal with the building paperwork so you do not have to.
You do not need a whole houseful to call us. A couch and a bed into a new apartment, a dining set over to your daughter’s place, one wardrobe out of a storage unit. We do those every week and they are quick to book — use the form below and choose just a few items.

A studio or one-bedroom local move is often easier to settle in one short call than in any form. The office is open 7am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
Single pieces and specialty items are priced individually, so this form does not print a number. It takes your details and your requested date, and a person calls you back.
Yes. Stairs are the normal case, not the exception. What matters is the number of steps, the turns and the head height — send photographs and we will tell you what the job needs.
Almost never for a single item. Photographs and the make and model are enough for us to price it.
No. Tuning is a separate trade, and an instrument should settle in its new room before it is tuned. We will happily tell you what to expect.
Yes. A piano on its own is a normal job for us and does not have to be attached to a house move.
Yes. Gun safes, office safes and slate pool tables are the same kind of work — heavy, awkward, and dependent on the route in and out.
