Careful Handling
Some things do not travel with the rest of the room. A piano, a safe, a pool table, antiques and fine art are planned separately, measured, and moved with the right people and equipment on hand.
Buildings
Co-ops, condominiums and high-rises usually want a certificate of insurance and a reserved elevator window before a crew comes through the door. We handle that paperwork as part of the booking rather than on move morning.

Yes. For a larger home an in-home walkthrough is the right way to plan it. In-home estimates run 10:00am to 2:00pm, Monday to Friday.
Either. Some customers want the whole house packed; others pack the books and clothes themselves and leave the kitchen, the glass and the artwork to us.
Yes. Room-by-room placement and unpacking can be included, so the house is put back together rather than stacked in cartons.
Yes. Beds, large tables and anything that has to come apart to get through a doorway are disassembled and reassembled as part of the job.
