Our crew walks the job with you first, clears the space, carries everything out and loads it to the fill line. Nothing goes on our truck.
We photograph the loaded bag or dumpster and the cleared space at the end, and it goes on the job record.
Our crew will not touch, move or load any of the following. If something on this list turns up on the day we leave it in place. No argument, and no extra charge for leaving it.
Refrigerators, freezers and air conditioning units are fine with us, as long as your disposal provider accepts them. If it does not, we can still carry the appliance out to where you want it and you arrange that one item separately.
University Van Lines provides junk removal labor only: clearing, carrying and loading into a Bagster bag or dumpster arranged in your name. We do not transport or dispose of waste. We do not handle hazardous materials, including paint, chemicals, fuel, propane, batteries, asbestos, medical waste or ammunition. Items must meet your bag or dumpster provider's rules. Our crew may decline any item it judges unsafe. You are responsible for your disposal provider's fees, weight limits and placement permits.
