Be careful with vague quotes
A mover that gives a very low price without reviewing inventory, stairs, elevators, parking, distance, and packing may not understand the job.
Confirm the company is real
Look for a real business name, address, phone number, service pages, customer reviews, and clear communication before booking.
Ask what can change the price
A legitimate mover should explain the variables that affect cost, including access, materials, labor time, storage, distance, and scope changes.
Get requirements in writing
For apartments, condos, co-ops, and commercial buildings, share COI and access requirements early so documentation is handled before move day.
